Russia has a great vulnerability.
Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin realizes he cannot achieve everything he wants, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte declared. He also noted that every conflict ends at some point, but it is not always negotiated.
"We won the Second World War completely. We won the Cold War with Reagan and Thatcher. Ukraine [The war in Ukraine] is likely to end with negotiations, but Zelensky should make sure that his country is protected after any peace agreement or ceasefire," Rutte emphasized.
He added that Russia remains an economy that is primarily dependent on oil. And that is why the occupiers are now facing problems, as Ukraine continues to strike key oil refineries.
"Queues are forming at gas stations. In the US, if people couldn't refuel their cars, it would be 1776 [anti-colonial uprising] all over again. Russia is coping so far," the NATO secretary general emphasized.
