It has not achieved any of its strategic goals.
British Defense Minister John Gillie considers Russian leader Vladimir Putin's use of Chinese and North Korean aid as a sign of weakness.
He said this while speaking to journalists in Kiev, "European Pravda".
"When you see North Korea providing troops to support Putin on his front line, when you see China providing technology and vital components, it tells me that Putin is begging for help from others. It tells me that Putin likes to show that he is strong, but he is weaker than ever," Gili said.
The minister recalled that the Russian Federation has lost more than a million men, lost more than 10,000 tanks and unarmored vehicles, its Black Sea Fleet "has been humiliated by a nation that has no fleet."
"He has not achieved any of his strategic goals. And it was a war he thought he could win in 3 days, and he is still fighting it thanks to the courage of the Ukrainians, 3 and a half years later," said Gili.
