Ukraine's president can't go to the terrorist capital.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has rejected Vladimir Putin's offer to come to Moscow for talks on a diplomatic settlement of the war in Ukraine, instead suggesting that the Russian dictator come to Kiev.
It was reported by ABC News.
"He can come to Kiev. I can't go to Moscow when my country is under rocket fire, under attack every day. I can't go to the capital of this terrorist," Vladimir Zelensky said.
The Ukrainian president believes that Putin's proposal was actually aimed at "postponing the meeting."
"You know, if a person doesn't want to meet during the war, of course he can offer something that will be acceptable for me or for others," Zelensky said.
