Defense Ministry: NATO Sent Aircraft 16 Times During The Week To Reconnoiter The Territory Of Belarus

Viktor Khrenin is sounding the alarm.

Belarus recorded at least 16 sorties of NATO member-countries' planes for reconnaissance of the country's territory in the period from January 5 to 11. This was reported by the Belarusian Defense Ministry in the Telegram channel.

"During the past year, the intensity of aerial reconnaissance against our country on some days reached 10-12 sorties," added in the press service.

January 12, head of the Belarusian Defense Ministry Viktor Khrenin said that the agency closely monitors all flights that take place along the state border of the country.

According to him, foreign planes are scouting the Belarusian territory every day. Minsk develops adequate measures to respond to all possible provocations that may occur, emphasized Khrenin.
