It's important that the world doesn't miss the point.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky considers large-scale protests in Iran, actually an uprising, a clear sign that "it will not be easier for Russia".
The head of state said this in his evening address.
"What is happening in Iran now - large-scale protests, actually an uprising - is also a clear sign that it will not be easier for Russia. And every normal person on earth very much wants the people of Iran to finally be lucky enough to be free from the regime that is there and that has brought so much evil, including to Ukraine and other countries," the Ukrainian president said.
He said it is important "that the world does not miss this moment when change is possible."
"And every leader, every country, international organizations must now get involved, help people to remove those who are to blame for the fact that Iran, unfortunately, was like this. Things can become different," Zelensky added.
