Axios: Trump Is Leaning Toward Strikes On Iran

U.S. leader Donald Trump is leaning toward striking Iran as punishment for the regime's killing of protesters, but that is not his final decision and other options are being considered.

According to the publication, citing its White House source, although Trump has threatened the Iranian regime with strikes if protesters die, it is far from clear whether U.S. bombs can turn the tide in Tehran.

Trump is expected to discuss options in a meeting with his national security team on Tuesday.
