Greenland was offered a choice between the United States on the one hand and Russia and China on the other.
The White House offered Greenland a choice between the United States on the one hand and Russia and China on the other. The publication was posted at X.
The picture is divided into two parts: on the left, the White House building is shown against a sunlit blue sky, with the American flag flying in the foreground. In the right part, one can see the Kremlin and the Great Wall of China, over which stretches a frowning sky dotted with clouds with lightning flaring across them.

The bottom of the picture is a snowy plain with two dogsleds racing across it with the Greenland flag. One of the roads drawn leads to the United States and the other to Russia and China.
"Which road do you choose, Greenlander?" - the post said.
The White House also released a statement from President Donald Trump in which he once again emphasized that the U.S. needs Greenland for national security.
"If we don't do it, Russia or China will, and that's unacceptable," Trump said in the post. In his view, NATO would be much stronger if the U.S. had Greenland, as Moscow and Beijing are aware.
Before that, on Jan. 12, Trump said Greenland was defended by only two dog sleds, while "there are" Russian and Chinese destroyers and submarines "all over the place.
