Ukraine has recently faced a shortage of missiles of various types.
Until this morning, Ukraine had several air defense systems without missiles. However, today the necessary ammunition has been received.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this during a press conference following a meeting with his Czech counterpart Peter Pavel.
He noted that Ukraine has "very many" different systems that were brought in during the full-scale war and that are in constant need of missile packages. He added that the issue is not just Patriot systems, which "will never be enough."
"Today, thank God, we received a serious package this morning. Now it is in Ukraine, I can talk about it. But it is given by such forces, blood, people's lives and so on," Zelensky said.
According to Zelensky, Ukraine has recently faced a shortage of missiles of various types.
"For example, until this morning we had several systems (air defense, - ed.) without missiles. As of today, I can say this frankly, because today I have these missiles," the country's leader said.
The Ukrainian president emphasized that each package of missiles "knocks out the countries of Europe and America." He added that only America cannot be blamed for this, because "we are talking about all other systems that protect our energy."
