Ukrainian Paratroopers Carried Out A Cunning Maneuver In The Pokrovsky Direction

Ukrainian paratroopers conducted a successful operation in the Pokrovsky direction, destroying a Russian military officer thanks to a cunning maneuver.

This is reported by Telegram channel of the 79th Independent Airborne Assault Tavricheskaya Brigade.

According to the brigade, units of the 79th ODShBr as part of the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the DShV continue to carry out combat missions in and around Mirnograd.

Russian troops are trying to accumulate in hidden locations near the city in order to cut logistical routes and penetrate the settlement.

The enemy recently set up such a place of accumulation on the territory of a fish farm. After analyzing radio intercepts, the Ukrainian military established the call sign of a Russian infantryman who was in one of the buildings.

To avoid an open assault, the paratroopers decided to act unconventionally. They approached the building and addressed the occupant in Russian: "Kedr, we are our own. We have come to help."

After that, the assault group went inside without resistance and liquidated the Russian military officer.
