Rutte Discussed The Situation On Greenland With Trump

NATO's secretary general says he will continue talking to the US president in Davos.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has reported a conversation with U.S. President Anold Trump that concerned the situation around Greenland.

Rutte wrote in X.

The conversation came after Trump threatened 10 percent tariffs on European countries that disagree with his stance on Greenland.

"Talked to the US president about the security situation in Greenland and the Arctic. We will continue to work on this and I look forward to meeting him in Davos later this week," Rutte wrote.
