Five Out Of Nine Districts Of Minsk Have Cold Batteries

There was an accident.

Due to the damage to a section of the heating main in Minsk, there was recorded a drop in the temperature of the heat carrier for some consumers in five districts of the city. This was reported in "Minskenergo.

It's about heating main No. 41. The reduction of heat supply parameters affected Frunzenski, Moskovski, Central, Soviet and Oktyabrski districts. The pipe, leading from Minsk CHPP-4, burst near Akademik Karski Street in Sukharevo neighborhood. The water leaked out onto the roadway and blocked the traffic.

As of 8:00, work was underway to restore the temperature and hydraulic conditions of the heating system. Minskenergo assured that all necessary measures were being taken to normalize the supply of hot water as soon as possible.

It should be noted that at the time of writing the temperature in Minsk is -19 degrees Celsius.
