Kuleba Summarized The Results Of "energy Ramstein"

The partners confirmed their readiness to continue supporting Ukraine with new packages.

Ukrainian government officials held a meeting of the "energy Ramstein" in the G7+ format. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction - Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Alexei Kuleba in Telegram.

According to him, the partners were presented Ukraine's steps to strengthen energy sustainability.

"All these decisions require international support - and we have it. I sincerely thank you for the step-by-step joint preparation for the heating season, as well as for prompt assistance in recent weeks and days. I thanked the governments and citizens of the participating countries, the European Union, international organizations and financial institutions," Deputy Prime Minister wrote.

Partners confirmed their readiness to continue supporting Ukraine with new humanitarian aid packages, in particular:

USA - more than $400 million;

Britain - almost €23 million;

Netherlands - €23 million;

Germany - €60 million;

Italy - €10 million, with an additional €50 million budgeted for 2026.

Kuleba also thanked the partners for their quick response and practical assistance in January:

European Commission - 447 generators for Kyiv and communities across the country, with a focus on frontline areas;

Poland - almost 400 generators for Kyiv region;

Italy - 78 high capacity boilers;

Lithuania - 90 generators;

Germany - block-modular boiler houses with a total capacity of 16 MW;

Switzerland - up to 500 th.

Japan - 140 generators of small and medium capacity, 60 transformers, 2 cogeneration plants;

France - more than 100 generators with total capacity of 13 MW and other equipment.

According to Kuleba, Ukraine counts on further support in joint work in four key areas:

expansion of decentralized generation for heat and water;

filling the National Reserve of mobile energy equipment;

forming a "bank" of critical equipment for rapid response after attacks;

scaling up physical protection of energy facilities.

"By helping Ukraine to pass this winter, partners protect not only Ukrainians, but also invest in the stability and security of the whole Europe," the official summarized.
