France Has Detained The Captain Of A Tanker Of Russia's "shadow Navy"

French authorities have taken into custody the captain of the oil tanker Grinch, which was traveling from the Russian Murmansk and belongs to the "shadow fleet" of Russia. This is reported by Le Monde with reference to the prosecutor's office in Marseille. Arrested 58 years old, he is a citizen of India. The agency specified that the other crew members, who also have Indian citizenship, remain on board the ship.
