Russian Commanders Are Taking Away Pay And Throwing Soldiers Into "pits"

Ukrainian partisans learned about the situation on the Kherson direction.

Russian commanders on the Kherson direction take away payments and throw soldiers into "pits" for refusing to go on assaults.

This is reported by Telegram of the guerrilla movement "ATESH".

Agents of "ATESH" from the 205 OMSBr record a systematic scheme of pressure from commanders. They deprive soldiers of payments and the status of combatants under the article "Desertion", as well as bonuses - for refusing to go on deliberately fatal assaults.

The soldiers who do not agree to go to the attacks are forcibly sent to "pits" - improvised open-air punishment cells. There they are kept without communication, without the right to sleep and without access to medical care.

Before each next attack, soldiers are told: "If you don't want to go, write a report and forget about the money."

Those who don't comply have their bank cards confiscated, their payments through the financial unit blocked, and are relegated to "no-go" status. After that, most agree to go on the attack.

At one of the unit's locations, such punishment cells have been doubled. The price of refusal is a day in the mud under guard, and then an assault with no choice. The command calls it "motivation."

"Inside the units, neither promises nor orders are believed anymore. People dream of only one thing - to survive and get out of there at any cost," ATESH said.
