Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez Flew To Russia

The power situation in Venezuela remains uncertain.

Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez is in Russia.Four sources familiar with her movements told Reuters on Saturday, after Trump said Maduro had been captured by U.S. forces.

Her brother, Jorge Rodriguez, president of the national assembly, is in Caracas, three sources with knowledge of his whereabouts said.

Delcy Rodriguez appeared in an audio message on state television earlier in the day calling for evidence that Maduro and his wife, Celia, are alive, while Jorge Rodriguez has not appeared since the U.S. operation began.

According to the Venezuelan constitution, in Maduro's absence, power in the country must pass to Delcy Rodriguez.
