The state-run Anadolu news agency quoted its sources as saying.
Turkey will be represented by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at Tuesday's meeting of the "coalition of the resolute".
The minister will voice the positions of the country's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the meeting, in particular that Turkey favors a diplomatic settlement of the Russia-Ukraine war, recall that Istanbul has become a venue for three rounds of talks between the Ukrainian and Russian teams in 2025 and declare Turkey's readiness to accept potential direct talks between the sides.
In addition, Fidan will emphasize that Turkey stands for stability in the Black Sea.
