There's no progress on getting them back.
The Lithuanian National Association of Motor Carriers LINAVA is preparing a class action lawsuit against the government of his country because of the trucks stuck in Belarus, its head Erlandas Mikenas said.
"We have no progress in terms of the return of the trucks. There is no news either from Belarus or from the government," he was quoted by Delfi.
"With the assistance of lawyers, we will approach the government," Mikenas said. - The plans will be determined by the lawyers' offices, but they are roughly clear - first we will seek solutions peacefully, and if it fails, we have others."
According to the head of the association, in late December, its members met with representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, where "they agreed that the first priority should be the return of vans stuck in Belarus, not their exact counting."
