The "coalition Of The Resolute" Summit In Paris Kicks Off With A Meeting Between Zelensky, Macron And The Americans

A total of 35 countries will participate in the summit.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will visit Paris today, January 6, where he will attend a meeting of the "coalition of the determined" and meet with French counterpart Emanuel Macron, according to France24.

It is noted that the French president will receive Vladimir Zelensky and US special envoys Steve Whitkoff and Jared Kushner on the eve of the "coalition of the resolute" summit, which will be attended by 35 countries.

The purpose of the summit is to demonstrate the convergence of Americans and Europeans on security guarantees.

- We have succeeded in realizing this act of convergence between Ukraine, Europe and America," said one of Macron's advisers.

It is known that 35 countries will participate in the summit, 27 of which will be represented by heads of state or government; among the participants are Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney. NATO and EU leaders are also expected to attend.
