Belarus Has Become The Main Buyer Of Russian Chips

In the first 10 months of 2025, Russia supplied to foreign markets about 47 thousand tons of potato chips worth more than $201 million. At the same time, Belarus turned out to be the main buyer - it accounts for 43% of all purchases. This is evidenced by the data of "Agroexport", writes Office Life.
Compared to last year, the export of Russian chips increased by 6% in volume and 17% in value, despite the fact that 2024 was a record year for the supply of this product. Belarus bought more than $86 million worth of potato chips in 10 months.
Besides it, the top three buyers of Russian products also included Kazakhstan (about $57 million) and Uzbekistan (about $20 million).
According to ITC Trade Map, in 2024 the main suppliers of potato chips in the world were the Netherlands ($543 million), Belgium ($482 million) and the United States ($363 million).
