A large-scale fire at the facility was recorded.

On the night of January 7, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Oskolneftesnab oil depot near Kotel, Belgorod Region, Russia.

As the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported, the facility was used to supply fuel to enemy troops. As a result of hits to the tanks at the base, a large-scale fire broke out.

In addition, in order to disrupt the logistics of the occupants, a warehouse of material and technical resources of a unit of the enemy's 20th Motorized Rifle Division was hit on the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region. The extent of damage in both cases is being specified.

"According to the results of preliminary defeats, it was also established that two vertical tanks RVS-5000 were damaged at the oil depot of the strategic reserve "Temp" in Yaroslavl region," the General Staff noted.
