Cyclone "Willy" has come to Belarus.

Bad weather has come to Minsk and the region. "Heavy snow, blizzard, snow drifts, gusts of northeast wind up to 12-15 m/s, and visibility sometimes less than 1 km," writes the Meteoweibe telegram channel.

Cyclone Willy is moving further north.

Snow drifts are quickly forming on the roads south of Minsk. And snow has already started to fall in the capital.
