Ukrainian security services have an interesting plan for 2026.
Ukrainian security services are preparing new operations that will be a complete surprise for the Russian Federation in 2026. Operations like "Spider's Web" are unlikely to be repeated in the same format. This was told in an interview with Glavred by military expert, ex-employee of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Stupak.
"I assume that the work on the destruction of Russian generals will continue, and not the most famous ones. After all, very often it is those Russian generals and colonels, about whom we have heard almost nothing, who are responsible for the largest number of operations and are the main "conductors". These are the ones who will be hunted," he suggested.
Stupak noted that operations like the "Web" are unlikely to be repeated in the same format. Public disclosure of the details of such actions, in his opinion, indicates that future operations will be different in form and will take place where the Russian Federation does not expect it.
"The SBU could tell about how the 'Web' was organized and carried out because Russia already has a new surprise in store for it, which will excite the Russians no less. That's why the "old decorations" are being thrown away. So there will be operations, but they will be quite different, and these surprises will be in locations where the Russian Federation is definitely not expecting," Stupak noted.
Another painful blow for the Russian economy, he said, will be the expansion of the geography of attacks on oil tankers. Ukraine could go far beyond the Black Sea.
"The strikes will be on empty tankers to prevent an ecological catastrophe and not to provoke tension in European society, in Turkey, Greece and so on. This will be done so that tankers under the threat of heavy losses and damages will refuse to enter Russian ports. For example, nothing special is happening in the Baltic Sea so far, but it is a matter of time," the expert added.
