EU Ambassadors Agreed On New Sanctions Against Russia

On October 7, the birthday of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, European Union ambassadors agreed on new sanctions against Russia.
This was reported the editor for European affairs at Radio Free Europe Rikard Jozwiak.
According to him, EU ambassadors today gave the “green light” to new sanctions against 743 individuals and 826 organizations in the military-industrial complex.
The sanctions also target 77 individuals “elected” to the Russian State Duma from the occupied territories of Ukraine.
In addition, EU ambassadors agreed to update sanctions related to Russia’s use of chemical weapons on the front lines. The list includes 31 individuals and 6 organizations.
