The US should punish Russia.
Megan Mobbs, the daughter of former US special representative for Ukraine Keith Kellogg, commented on the Russian strike on a bus carrying miners in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
She said there is a clear link between the increase in atrocities by Russia and peace talks. She wrote about it on the social network X.
"Another terrible tragedy. And the reason #16918 why the prosperity document is being negotiated now is absurd and fantastic. There is a clear link between the increase in atrocities by Russia and the negotiations," the post reads.
She believes that "until U.S. negotiators recognize this and punish Russia, the peace farce will continue."
On February 1, the Russians launched a drone strike on a service bus near Pavlograd in the Dnipropetrovsk region that was transporting miners from the company after their shift. The attack killed 16 people.
