Trump Intrigued By Statement On Ukraine

Something could happen.

U.S. leader Donald Trump said talks on a peace settlement in Ukraine were "very good" and added that something could happen soon.

Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One, the White House reported.

"We had very good talks today on Russia and Ukraine, something may happen," the US president said.

He also added that the US side is having "very good" talks with Russia and Ukraine, as well as Iran.

"We're having very good talks with Iran, very good talks with Russia and Ukraine. We are having many and good conversations," the American leader reportedly said.
