Zelensky Agreed With UAE On Defense Against Iranian Strikes

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky discussed with UAE President Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan the situation in the Middle East and the Gulf region.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Zelensky's statement in Telegram.

"I expressed my condolences to him because of the loss of life from the insane strikes from Iran," Zelensky said.

The statement quoted the UAE president as saying that the Iranian regime was striking not only military targets, but also homes, motes and even mosques.

"We discussed how we can help in this situation and support the defense of life. It was agreed that teams will work on this. The protection of life is a common priority for everyone in the world," Zelensky emphasized.
