Belarusians complain about empty shelves in stores

Adult diapers, tomatoes, oranges, car bulbs, cosmetics and home appliances disappeared from sale.

Readers of charter97.org say what products have disappeared from shops.

A Minsk resident reports that all laptops are sold out at a 5 Element store.

“Peppers and tomatoes in the Zamok shopping centre disappeared,” Aliaksandr Matalski from Minsk writes.

“Cheap milk disappeared,” Vasili Stsepanenka from Maladzechna writes.

“A range of grains disappeared,” Aliaksei Khristleyd from Minsk writes.

Tatsyana Mayeuskaya says TV sets and coffee machines began to disappear from sale.

A reader posted a photo of dairy shelves at Prostore store in Shabany district on Twitter. “Visited a Prostore supermarket in Shabany. Rice from one producer, no pelmeni, milk is in the photo,” he wrote.

Anton Khadarkevich says on Facebook that Finnish oats disappeared.

“Car bulbs H17 disappeared,” Yahor Piatrou from Minsk reports.

“No pelmeni from Gurman company,” Pavel Harbachou writes. “No tomatoes from Zhdanovichy, Dorors or PTK farms.”

“Empty shelves at a Gippo store yesterday. I wanted oranges, but didn't find them,” Eduard Bahdanau wrote.

“Korona staff say honestly they have had no tomatoes for the second week,” Uladz Savelyeu writes. Aliaksei Sabak confirms his words: “The same is at Prostore and Red Klen.”

“Adult diapers Seni disappeared. Disabled people and their relatives suffer,” Alla from Minsk writes.

“Hate Evrooopt, but it sells everything, yet not fresh,” Inesa Besau writes.

“No good Moldovan brandy, only the one of Kristall distillery,” Viktor Prachkis writes.

“Didn't find persimmon and tomatoes today,” Minsk resident Ksenia Yakauleva says.

“No cosmetics! Mila shop are empty,” Dasha Matveyenka writes.
