Vintsuk Vyachorka: Forceful drafting of young oppositionists doesn’t agree with fairy tails about “thaw”

Deputy head of the Belarusian Popular Front Vintsuk Vyachorka commented on the situation of his son’s call up. Franak Vyachorka was detained and forcefully guarded to the military enlistment office in order to give him a summons.
Franak Vyachorka, leader of the youth wing of the BPF party, couldn’t attend the military hospital due to problems with health.
“The case is that I’ve really caught a cold after that shake, I even had to take a sick certificate. I sit at home now. I hope sickness absence will be considered to be a good excuse. Well, if they don’t break my doors and get into my flat through windows to take me to army, I think I will go to hospital after holiday. Though, you understand, I can’t be sure,” the oppositionist told “Belorusski Partizan”.
Franak’s father, BPF deputy head Vintsuk Vyachorka commented on the situation with his son to “Belorusski Partizan”:
“I am sure, using of the Ministry of Defense as an oppressive agency harm the ministry and its activity. When young people, found unfit for military service by some medical commissions, and them are taken to military hospital and recognize4 them healthy (though they have for example, the congenital heart disorder) it is a political order. I mean not only my son, the same has happened to former head of “The Youth of the BPF” – ales Kalita. Another young activist Ivan Shyla is in the same situation. You see, it doesn’t agree with sweet fairy tails about the thaw that has allegedly begun in Belarus. Europe may believe these fairy tails, but it is too obvious in the country, how this “liberalization” looks like.
