Investigators of case of missing Viktar Hanchar refuse to meet with his wife

Wife of opposition politician Viktar Hanchar, kidnapped in September 1999, has been trying to receive information from the prosecutor’s office about preliminary results of the investigation of the case of disappearance of her husband.
