In this connection the presidential candidate has addressed his supporters.

Today everyone can make a contribution to the common victory. Means are necessary for holding the campaign, and primarily for informational materials. I ask for your support and guarantee that every ruble transferred by you to my campaign fund would be used with maximum effectiveness. Thank you for your support.

Citizens of Belarus, as well as legal entities have a possibility to transfer money for Andrei Sannikov’s campaign.

Mandatory requirements to the payment:

- The limit of citizen’s donation is 10 basic units, that is Br 350,000;

- The limit of a donation by a legal entity is 30 basic units, that is Br 1,050,000;

It is possible to transfer money from one’s bank account with the following text: “A voluntary donation to the electoral fund of the candidate for presidency in Belarus A. O. Sannikov. Legal address: …”

It is prohibited to make donations to the electoral fund:

- To foreign states and organizations;

- To foreign citizens and stateless persons;

- International organizations;

- Organizations with foreign investments;

- Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are under 18 years of age;

- State organizations and local self-government authorities;

- Organizations who are financed by the budget, fully or partially;

- Charities and religious organizations;

- Anonymous donors.
