After repeated questioning of the witness it turned out that there are no exibits in the case of Vaukavysk businessmen Mikalai Autukhovich and Uladzimir Asipenka at all.
Mikalai Autukhovich himself in his speech furnished proofs that it was a frame-up.
On April 16 in the morning Mikalai Autukhovich's motion about repeated questioning of a witness Kazimir Yelesik was granted.
"According to Alyaksandr Laryn, this man found a small-bore rifle in the forest and passed it to Laryn," Vyachaslau Siuchyk, the leader of "Razam" movement told to "Salidarnasts". "During the first interrogation the witness was showed only pitcures of a sawn-off shotgun, but the court for some reason failed to offer the weapon itself. And now this exibit was offered to him. The witness stated for certain that that shortgun has nothing in common with the rusted rifle he gave to Laryn. Thus, after the repeated interrogation of the witness it turned out that there are no exibits in this case".
After the interrogation of the witness Mikalai Autukhovich made a statement.
As said by Siuchyk, in his speech Autukhovich consistently and calmly explained that "the case which is considered by the Supreme Court is a totally ordered and falsfied frame-up".
"He offered many proofs. After the case was opened, more than 10 persons were arrested, for the investigation to falsify some "evidence". Corrupted officials are behind this case. They have things to lose, they have been robbing the Belarusian nation, and these sums are great. In such a way they remain at large, they continue thefts and that's the reason they alsify this case. Autukhovich commented in detail the testimony by Laryn, as there are only three witnesses in the case who testify against Autukhovich, Asipenka and Kazlou: Laryn, most of whose answers at today's session of the court were "I do not remember" or "I do not know", Paltarak, who is a special agent sent to the firm on purpose, as Autukhovich believes, and Zayats, who knows about Autukhovich's case according to oral information provided by another person. At the previous session of the court he tastified from a different room through a speaker phone," the leaedr of "Razam" movement said.
Vyachaslau Siuchyk said that "though I have seen many things during court sessions, I have never seen such courage, firm and uncrushed position demonstrated by Mikalai Autukhovich".
"I would also like to remind that on April 15 on the initiative of "Razam" solidarity movement and "Young Front" Mikalai Autukhovich was awarded with Kastus Kalinouski medal for self-sacrifice and heroism. Today we have become convinced that it was right: the Belarusian society must honour courage of Mikalai Autukhovich, who in fact alone withstands an awful machine of the Belarusain regime," Siuchyk underlined.
We remind that all the witnesses invoved in the case of Autukhovich, say a strong pressure of investigation is experienced by them, and state that the Vaukavysk businessamn is innocent, and withhold their previous evidence.
For instance, witness Liudmila Paremskaya, a former bookkeeper of Autukhovich's firm "Nika-Trans" said she underwent psychological pressure during investigation.
"Everything I told about weapons during investiagtion is contrary to reality. I was in such a state that I could say and write anything at all, in order to be released," Liudmila Paremskaya said about her testimony about grende laucher found in Hrodna.
Vorsha-based entrepreneur Ihar Puzikau told to the court that he had been threatened, he had been promised early release, interrogated as a suspect, and it was effective: he gave necessary testimony. The award for him was not only freedom, but money for the ticket from Hrodna to Vorsha and a bottle of vodka from the hands of the investigator.
Alyaksandr Kozel, a witness who was taken to the court room from prison, stated that his testimony was in fact obtained by physical violence.
