Court officers attach property of Union of Poles leader

Officers of court come to an apartment of Andzelika Borys in Azyorskaya Shosse in Hrodna to attach her property.
As the head of the firm Polonika, Andzelika Borys was fined 4,200,000 rubles. The firm is to pay a 122-million fine, Radio Svaboda reports.
As spokesman for the Union of Poles Igor Bancer reports, three officers of court attached such things as a music system, a microwave oven, a computer, a fixed phone, a TV set, a new uninstalled glass unit and said they were going to take the things away.
The Union of Poles led by Borys conducted its business thought Polonika. As it is known, the Belarusian authorities refuse to register the organization. The firm was punished for receiving money for its educational work, the court ruled out that the money should have been processed as humanitarian aid.
We remind that recently repressions against the Union of Poles have intensified. On February 17, the Polish Sejm adopted a resolution condemning actions of Minsk in relations to the Polish minority in Belarus. The resolution includes recommendations to consider return to the policy of sanctions against the Belarusian government.
