Belarus’s debt: Each Belarusian owes $2,350

Belarus’s external debt reached $22.24bn on April 1.
This comprises 44.7% of the gross domestic product. The foreign debt grew 14.2% in the fourth quarter of 2009 after a 9.5% increase in the third quarter.

The gross external debt of Belarus was $2,350 per capita on April 1, 2010 against $2,300 in the beginning of 2010.
