Andrzej Poczobut again put on list of restricted to leave Belarus

He discovered it when he tried to go t Poland to conference “How to democratize Belarus”, which was held in Warsaw.

A Gazeta Wyborcza journalist had to travel to Poland via Russia and Ukraine.

“Ukrainian border guards looked at a stamp ‘exit denied’ with interest. But they don’t like Lukashenka. One of them said if it had depended on him, he wouldn’t have allowed Lukashenka to enter Ukraine,” Poczobut writes on his blog.
