Lukashenka's aide Viktar Sheiman has over 40 awards and medals on his jacket.

On February 23, Alyaksandr Lukashenka awarded military ranks of generals to 8 colonels on occasion of the Day of Defender of the Fatherland. The ceremony was attended by Belarusian general officers and colonels occupying executive positions in the country's defence and law-enforcement agencies.

One person, Viktar Sheiman, stood out from the rest people present. A large number of awards and medals on the chest of the Colonel-General struck the eye. No one excelled him in the number of medals, blogger d-zholik writes.
