Belorussian MFA about ambassadors: The trip will make them wiser

The trip of EU ambassadors may facilitate resuming the normal course of the situation and returning to a constructive dialogue, the MFA of Belarus thinks.

BelTA news agency has learned it from Belarusian MFA press secretary Andrei Savinykh, who commented on a decision to recall EU ambassadors to the capitals of their countries for consultations.

“If the ambassadors are able to explain during the consultations in their countries that a policy of sanctions and pressure has not prospects, it will be a positive moment. In this context, their trip may facilitate resuming the normal course of the situation and resuming a constructive dialogue that is offered by the Belarusian party,” Andrei Savinykh noted.
