Sevyarynets: The regime is destroying Dashkevich

The politician called for solidarity with the leader of “Malady Front”.

Political prisoner Dmitry Dashkevich, who is serving the sentence in Glubokskiy colony № 13, can be sentenced for another year in prison for “noncompliance with the Regime”, reminds bchd.info.

“The Regime is destroying Dashkevich, who is the leader of the whole Belarusian young movement and the head of “Malady Front”. Dashkevich is the most bright and significant figure of the new generation. An ardent believer. A patriot. A publicist. There are few who can stand up in full growth in the struggle against the system. And now he is suffering and fighting for every one of us. Unjustly accused, even in the prison Dashkevich behave himself as a free man. If we will remain silent and they will give Dashkevich another year in prison, then the Regime will be able to practice this in relation to the rest of us”, - noted Pavel Sevyarynets, the Co-Chair of the Belarusian Christian Democracy.

“We must in every possible way show our solidarity with Dmitry and “Malady Front”. We should carry out actions of support, write letters, demand international reaction, and, of course, pray”, - speaks the politician.

Recall, Dmitry Dashkevich was arrested on the eve of the protest action against the falsification of presidential elections on December 19, 2010. Then he was sentenced to two years imprisonment. He should be released on December 18 of this year.
