Deputy Chairman of the "Young Front" and the fiancé of a political prisoner Dmitry Dashkevich says that she didn’t want to offend anyone with this letter.

On July 6 the administration of the colony № 13, where the leader of “Young Front” is serving a sentence, filed materials in the Investigative Committee to institute criminal proceedings on a basis of "non-compliance of the colony’s regime" (Part 1 of Art. 411 of the Criminal Code). This Anastasia Palazhanka learned on July 10, when she visited Dmitry in the colony number 13 in Glubokoe.

In response to the actions of the colony, Dmitry wrote a statement to the head of the prison, which he ironically called “giving oneself up”. If Dmitry Dashkevich will be found guilty, he could be sentenced for another year in prison.

Anastasia Palazhanka posted an open letter in the Web, where she has accused Belarusians in indifference to political prisoners' fate. In her interview to “Belsat” she emphasized that using the already mentioned material the prison administration can extend the term endlessly. “Dmitry writes me in the letters: be ready that I can remain here untill 2015-2016”, - says Anastasia Palazhanka.

It is known that today Dmitry appeared in a punishment cell again. Dmitry should go out of the punishment cell of the colony on June 13, but he got additional several days of isolation.

Dmitry Dashkevich was arrested together with Edward Lobov on the eve of Ploschad-2010 and sentenced for 2 years in prison, supposedly, for beating passers-by. According to the sentence, he should go out on December 18 of this year.
