“Stalitsa” shopping mall considers Minsk a Russian city

Strange New Year decorations are found in the shop-windows of the shopping centre in Minsk.

A picture of one of them was posted by @tractor_by in his twitter.

The decoration has a word “Minsk” written on it and a flag of Russia.
