At the same time, the publication reports that the Slovak Prime Minister had a haemorrhage in the abdomen, but it was stopped. At the same time, it is noted that blood thinning drugs, which the Prime Minister takes, may cause problems.
For her part, Miriam Lapunikova, director of the hospital where Fico is being treated, said that he underwent a five-hour operation due to multiple gunshot wounds, which required two surgical teams.
The prime minister's condition remains "really very serious" and he is still in the intensive care unit, she said.
