Yevgeny Chichvarkin: No talks with scallies

Based on the latest events in the ATO zone in the Donbass, Ukraine can forget about the Minsk agreements.

Yevgeny Chichvarkin- Russian businessman in forced emigration in Great Britain, the creator of the international holding company "Yevroset"– told "Obozrevatel" about it.

Sharing impressions from a visit to Ukraine, Chichvarkin said: As a whole, I got good impressions of it. There is hope for the better. There are some serious concerns about the economic collapse, the probability of which cannot be excluded. And, of course, Russian troops both in the conflict and non-conflict zone are of serious concern".

Businessman stressed, referring to Russian soldiers' gathering, he ment not only Crimea, but Belarus "where yesterday a column of Russian troops was found".

"But Kherson and Chernigov are the different degree of danger for Ukraine, it takes 2-3 hours from the border in Chernigov region to Kiev if driving tanks," he emphasized.

Commenting on the Minsk agreements, the businessman noted: "Based on news of the last hour, it is worth forgetting about these agreements. There can be no talks with terrorists or scallies - it is better to run away or beat them, in other case they beat and rob you. There are several options, but the option "to negotiate" is absent.

Chichvarkin explained that he called Putin and his circle scallies, because separatists' leaders are controlled by the Russian "war party".
