The political prisoner Mikalai Dziadok is placed in a punitive isolation ward for 7 days for a refusal to work.

The term of punishment must end on June 9. According to a Horki prison worker, Dziadok is punished for refusal to work, Radio Svaboda reports.

As earlier reported, the political prisoner had been sent to work. Valeryia Khotsina, Mikalai Dziadok's wife, informed of all the facts.

"It is true, she said. - But now he is repeatedly incarcerated. His mother made a call in the colony, she was told that he was punished for refusal to work. But I don't know whether it is a true reason. In the Shklou colony he refused to work only on Saturdays and overtime. I don't know what has happened this time".

On May 12 Mikalai Dziadok was transferred to colony IK-9 in Horki. On the second day, May 13, he was incarcerated and spent there 5 days. A day later, May 19, he was repeatedly incarcerated. Mikalai suffered from low temperature and asked to put him in another place. In the morning of May 20 Dziadok wounded himself, after that he was put in a medical unit. After a first-aid treatment he was incarcerated in the same cold premises where he was up to May 26.

Mikalai Dziadok has served 4.5 years in prison for alleged hooligan actions against official buildings and had to be released on March 3, 2015. On February 26 Leninsky District Court of Mahileu sentenced him to an additional year of imprisonment in a maximum security penal colony under Article 411 CC. On April 30 the court of cassation left this sentence in force.
