EU to introduce Passenger Name Record system

The European Union is planning to introduce a Passenger Name Record (PNR) data base of people flying to or from the EU after the Civil Liberties Committee approved these draft EU rules on Wednesday.
Если так будет, то, как я так понимаю, кремль запретит россиянам летать в Европу? Ведь данные о них будут хранится не на российских серверах.
