A Policeman Unveiled Supply Chain of Belarusian Soldiers to "DPR"

Today lieutenant Mikhail Kutsko has been arrested for "bribery" (Article 430 of the Criminal Code), he is now being detained in Hrodna prison No. 1 on Kirova Street. In September seeing the red light the policeman recorded the video with his story, belsat.eu reports.

Lieutenant Mikhail Kutsko joined the police because of his high ideals, he served in the Office for Drug Control and Counter-Trafficking in Persons of the Criminal Police of Lenin District Police Department in Hrodna. He has numerous awards and diplomas for exposure of crimes related to distribution of pornography, pedophilia and traffic in persons.

And I do not know the position this officer takes. He may be the head the military unit and trains guys in service for the war, if he is a morale officer or criminal investigator, he may recruit soldiers using damaging information and send them to the "DPR". At least the KGB should verify this..

According to Mikhail, the information is registered in a single book of the ROVD of the Leninski district of Hrodna. Mikhail prepares documents to transfer them to the KGB. A few hours later, the head of the criminal police makes a phone call and orders to forget it all, they say, "there's already all agreed". However, Mikhail decides to inform the State Security Committee and is threatened with dismissal by his direct leadership.

A Police Trap

A few days later Mikhail has an interrogation with Alena B., suspect of distribution of pornography on the Internet, and offers him a bribe.

"The Internal Security Directorate tested me and intended to arrest me when bribery. She had to come to Gaya 4 (the ROVD building), the building is monitored, and put money in my pocket, Mikhail tells. - Even a beat officer would have not come up with an idea to act like this. After a pressure on him, Mikhail sent in "negotiated resignation". The next day, Deputy Head of the police department writes about Kutsko's absence without leave for more than three hours.

"Deputy head of the Directorate of Internal Affairs said that there could be no "negotiated resignations". Dismissal should be stipulated by an absence without leave, derogatory information, or after termination of the contract. There are cases when three months before termination of the contract a person informs about non-desire to prolong the contract , and he is put pressure on to do it, because of lack of good specialists in the police. People who are not able to cope with the pressure and perception of the world come. And next two months they are being pursued hard to dismiss under derogatory information. My friend with the entire wall of letters from the Minister and leadership, was fired two weeks before the completion of the contract reasoned by "derogatory articles" because he did not want to renew the contract".

Mikhail Kutsko wrote a complaint to the Minister of Internal Affairs and described all details of the case, however, he said, it was not checked.

The investigative experiment was carried out in September. Then Mikhailwas not detained, the criminal case was not initiated. On Friday, January 20 he was asked to drop into the police department for another case to get a consultation. He was detained; on January 23 he was put in prison.
