Belarus and Russia start seriously preparing for a future war with the West.

Dzianis Ivashyn, a journalist and editor of the Belarusian website service InformNapalm, believes that information about the tanks and cannons that Russia intends to bring to Belarusian warehouses in 2018 is not a fake, Radio Racyja reports.

According to Dzianis Ivashyn, the "union state's" draft program "On the improvement of facilities that are part of military infrastructure" refers primarily to Russian air bases on the territory of Belarus:

– The document, which the government of Belarus approved, deals specifically with allocating a certain amount of money for improvement of the military infrastructure, namely a single regional grouping of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The document talks about allocating money for repair and restoration of air bases in Belarus, first of all. I am more than convinced that they are talking about the 61st mixed air base in Baranavichy and quite possible about a military airfield in Babruisk.

According to Dzianis Ivashyn, these Russian military facilities were used in 2014 during the Russian aggression in Ukraine. It was there were fighters SU-27 and the A-50 radar reconnaissance aircraft of the Russian aerospace forces, which carried out reconnaissance over the Ukrainian territory, were located.
