At the weekend newly planned rallies against the decree №3 "on parasites" will be held in different cities of Belarus.

The March of disgruntled Belarusians will be held on Lenin Square, Radio Svaboda reports.

Babruisk – February 26, 12:00 PM

The March will begin at Lenin Square. It is reported in social networks that the campaign will be peaceful:

"We join the national campaign against the unconstitutional decree №3. We are meeting at Lenin Square on 26 February at 12.00, to stand up united and express our protest to the authorities through peaceful means."

Brest – 26 February, 12:00

The march will start at Lenin Square, near the regional executive committee. There are no organizers of the event, people are gathered through social networks.

Vitsebsk – February 26, 12:00 PM

The March will start at Victory Square. According to Vitsebsk BCD activist Tatsiana Seviarynets, at the same time a formal event – the Maslenitsa festival will be held in the square.

"The festival will be held on one side, we will protest on the other. I think that the authorities will take certain steps to prevent the March. We will decide on the spot, how we should act," – Seviarynets said.

We remind that last weekend the Marches against the tax on "parasites" were held in Minsk, Homel, Brest, Vitsebsk, Hrodna.

On February 17, the country's largest demonstration was held in Minsk, thousands of people took part in it.

On February 19, several thousand people marched and shouted slogans against the decree "On the prevention of social dependency" in Homel.

The Marches in Vitsebsk, Hrodna and Brest gathered hundreds of participants. They were also held on Sunday, 19 February.

The Marches took place without incidents and without prior approval of the authorities.
