This time the administrative case is related to his participation in the March in Pinsk on March 11.

Famous Homel video blogger Maksim Filippovich, who has been serving 13, 5 and 7-day arrests for participation in the "Marches of Non-Parasites" in a temporary detention facility since March 13, will be judged again – this time, for participating in the rally in Pinsk on March 11.

Human rights activist Leanid Sudalenka has informed Homel Spring about it. He has found out through the blogger’s lawyer that Maksim has been brought the fourth administrative protocol into the cell. The trial may occur on any day of Filippovich's term of imprisonment. If the court does not punish the activist with another arrest, he will be released on April 7 at about 20.50.

Filippovich, who was detained at his parents' house in the evening of March 13, is in the temporary detention facility in 26 Mizhharodniaya street in Homel. In the morning of March 13, Filippovich was sentenced to 13 days of administrative arrest for taking part in the "March of Non-Parasites" in Homel. While he is serving his sentence, three more protocols have been drawn up against him for participation in rallies in Brest, Maladzechna and Pinsk. The court added him another 5 and 7 days for Brest and Maladzechna, respectively, the Pinsk protocol hasn’t been considered yet.

Human rights activist Leanid Sudalenka, who deals with Maksim Filippovich’s case, says that the legislation limits the maximum administrative arrest by 25 days, which Maksim will serve out on April 7, at about 21. 00. But as a practical matter it happens when a person is released for several minutes, and then again arrested and presented new accusations.
