How Much Is Land Plot In Drazdy-2?

The journalists found out how much the plot of land belonging to artist Viktar Alsheuski in a prestigious settlement was planned to be sold for.

The websites of real estate agencies published an announcement on the sale of land in Vesninka – the cottage settlement "Dradzy-2" in the north-west of Minsk, nn.by writes.

"The luxury area of the Drazdy artificial lake, the plot of 33x32m in the zone of the cottage development. A very nice place, successful and influential neighbours. The plot is cleared, block foundation, communication, design of the house, "– stated in the ad (it has already been deleted, but the text is stored in the cache of Google). The owner asked $ 349 thousand for the plot.

As found out by Nasha Niva, the land belonging to artist Viktar Alsheuski was put on sale. He is one of the few representatives of the creative elite, who were allocated land in the superexpensive "Drazdy-2" neighbourhood.

Ansheuski is the winner of the State Prize of Belarus for a series of works for the Homel Palace and Park Ensemble (together with Viktar Savich and Uladzimir Zinkevich, who was also provided an elite plot of land), in 2013 the artist was awarded with the Francysk Skaryna medal.

Nasha Niva could not figure out why Ansheuski decided to sell his land.

"This was accidental. I do not sell anything! – Viktar Alsheuski assured. – I'll call and tell them to delete the ad. I don’t know who published it.”

A few minutes later the ad was actually deleted.

Let us note that $ 350 thousand is a popular price among the land owners in "Drazdy-2." Former chief of the Belneftekhim concern Ihar Zhylin wanted exactly the same amunt for his plot.
