Minsk court will consider the claim of the rebellious police officer from Krychau on Tuesday.

At 14-10 on Tuesday, June 27, the Tsentralny district court of Minsk will start considering the statement of claim of the former chief of the Krychau District Office of Internal Affairs Lieutenant Colonel Ihar Vusik, in which he demands to cancel the disciplinary penalty imposed on him and to restore him at work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs bodies.

Members of Ihar Vusik's family reported the information on the upcoming hearing in Minsk to Mahiliouski Rehion.

Vusik received a summons signed by Judge Aliaksandr Dluzhneuski. It informs that there will be held a hearing "On the cancelation of disciplinary punishment and reinstatement at work" at the Tsentralny District court of Minsk on June 27.

According to Vusik's relatives, they called the Chancellery of the Tsentralny District Court in order to find out which issues will be considered during this hearing, but the employees of the Chancellery could not provide the necessary information.

The former Lieutenant Colonel is earning money in Russia now, but he plans to return to Krychau today. Ihar Vusik wants to personally attend the hearing to tell about violations committed during his dismissal from work.

We remind that Lieutenant Colonel Ihar Vusik was dismissed after after his subordinates wrote an appeal about grave violations in the Krychau police department in the name of Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Ihar Shunevich. Apart from Vusik, Major of Police Yury Dubanau and Lieutenant Andrei Shashkou were also dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

After unsuccessful attempts to achieve justice in the prosecutor's office, Ihar Vusik appealed the Tsentralny District court of Minsk with a lawsuit about the need to cancel the order of the Interior Ministry on his dismissal.
