The List of Political Prisoners-Patriots Updated

14 Belarusian patriots are still behind bars.

On June 5 it became known about 14 detainees defendants in the "Patriot case". They are indicted on Art. 293, para 3 of the Criminal Code "Mass riots" and remain in custody in the KGB remand prison and remand prison No. 1.

They are also brought an additional charge, spring96.org informs.

Abramau Aliaksei Anatolievich, born in 1979, detained on 21.03.2017, retained in the KGB remand prison, 30.03.2017 was brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (CC RB). (Also officially brought charges under Art. 287 CC RB).

Danilau Viktar Kanstantynavich, born in 1987; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison, 31.03.2017 was brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. (Also officially brought charges under Art. 287 CC RB).

Dundukau Andrei Vyacheslavavich, born in 1985; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Transferred to remand prison No.1. (Also he is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB).

Zimnitski Aliaksandr Antonavich, born in 1991; detained on 29.03.2017, retained in the KGB remand prison; brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Transferred to remand prison No.1. (Also he is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB).

Kavalchuk Ivan Viktaravich, born in 1991; detained on 23.03.2017, retained in the KGB remand prison, 30.03.2017 was brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. (Also he is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB).

Kolmik-Yamatsin Andrei Iharavich, born in 1985; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. (He is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB).

Lazouski Miraslau Uladzimiravich, born in 1973; detained on 21.03.2017, retained in the KGB remand prison, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. (Also officially brought charges under Art. 287 CC RB).

Maroz Viktar Henadzievich, born in 1986; detained on 03.04.2017, retained in the KGB remand prison, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Transferred to remand prison No. 1. (He is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB).

Novik Dzmitry Mikalaevich, born in 1978; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Transferred to remand prison No. 1. In May transferred to the KGB remand prison. (He is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB).

Pashkevich Tsimur Vitalievich, detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. 29 April is transferred to remand prison No. 1. (Also officially brought charges under Art. 287 CC RB).

Rumyantsau Uladzimir Siarheevich, born in 1988; detained on 21.03.2017; he was retained in the KGB remand prison, 31.03.2017 he was brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Transferred to remand prison No. 1. (He is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB).

Strybulski Siarhei Siarheevich, born in 1976; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison; 31.03.2017 brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. 05.04. 2017 he was transferred to remand prison No. 1. (He is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB).

Fyodarau Uladzimir Valeryevich, born in 1988; detained on 29.03.2017, retained in remand prison No. 1, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. In May he was transferred to the KGB remand prison. (Also officially brought charges under Art. 287 CC RB).

Yeudakha Aliaksandr Anatolievich, born in 1975; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in remand prison No. 1, 31.03.2017 brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. (Also officially brought charges under Art. 287 CC RB).

Released defendants in the case:

Kuntsevich Siarhei Uladzimiravich, born in 1985; detained on 25 March, retained in the KGB remand prison; in two weeks was transferred to remand prison No. 1, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. He was released on his own recognizance on June 2.

Byelyauski Andrei Valeryevich, born in 1982; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison; 31.03.2017 brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. In the first decade of April he was transferred to remand prison No. 1, in May sent back to the KGB remand prison. (He is a target in the investigation initiated under Art. 287 CC RB). He was released on his own recognizance on June 2.

Paltarzhytski Jauhen Kanstantynavich, born in 1987; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison; 31.03.2017 brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. (Also officially brought charges under Art. 287 CC RB). On May 19 he was placed under house arrest.

Mikhalkou Mikalai Mikalaevich, born in 1970; head of the Babruisk Patriot club; detained on 24.03.2017, retained in the KGB remand prison, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Later he was placed in remand prison No. 1. He was released on May 18.

Mikhalkou Ian Mikalaevich (son of the head of the Babruisk Patriot club), born in 1994; detained on 21.03.2017; retained in the KGB remand prison, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Later he was placed in remand prison No. 1. Released on April 29.

Palcheuski Siarhei Aliaksandravich, detained on 22.03.2017, retained in remand prison No. 1, brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Released on his own recognizance on April 15.

Dashkevich Zmitser Vyacheslavavich, detained on 22.03.2017, initially retained in the KGB remand prison; later in remand prison No. 1; 31.03.2017 brought charges under Art. 293, para 3 CC RB. Released on his own recognizance on April 15.

Huryn Yury Jauhenievich, detained on 21.03.2017; 31.03.2017 released from remand prison No. 1.

Kulinich Siarhei Uladzimiravich, political activist, colleague of former presidential candidate Mikalai Statkevich, detained on 24.03.2017, 03.04.2017 released from the KGB remand prison.

Vasilyeu Raman Iharavich, activist of the Young Front, detained on 23.03.2017; 01.04.2017 released from remand prison No. 1.
